How to order
From consultation to handover
Consultation and enquiry
Get in touch via the form or by phone. We review the layout of your home and your comfort requirements and recommend the right Zehnder model.
Duct design and quote
We survey the space free of charge, size the ducts and plan the unit and grille positions. Within 48 hours you receive a detailed quote.
Installation
We install the Zehnder unit, route ComfoTube ducting and fit the distribution components. A central system is typically installed within 1–3 days.
Handover and service
We balance airflows, set up control and modes via ComfoControl and brief you on operation and filter maintenance. We remain available for routine servicing.
